What is the purpose of the Head of Fundraising Operations?
This role leads the Fundraising Operations function, supporting the delivery of the Engagement & Fundraising strategy through data, compliance, and business process excellence.
You'll lead a multi-skilled team delivering supporter services, legacy management, regulatory compliance, and data operations ensuring high-quality support to fundraising teams and excellent experiences for supporters.

You'll lead a large, multi-disciplinary team responsible for delivering the operational infrastructure that supports all fundraising activity. You'll work across teams and with senior stakeholders to ensure data, systems, and processes enable strategic decision-making and supporter engagement.
What skills do I need to be a Head of Fundraising Operations?
You'll be a strategic and experienced operations leader with a strong understanding of data, compliance, and supporter services. You'll bring excellent leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for delivering operational excellence.
