What will I be doing as a Senior Strategic Performance Officer?
You'll lead on reporting NSPCC's progress against its corporate strategy, turning data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making and drive improvement. You'll collaborate across teams, influence performance best practice, and produce engaging reports and dashboards tailored to different audiences. With a focus on strategic delivery, you'll help shape and enhance our performance framework, ensuring our work remains aligned with our mission to protect children and create lasting change.

What skills do I need to be a Senior Strategic Performance Officer?
We are looking for a confident strategic thinker with strong analytical and written communication skills, able to turn complex data into clear insights and compelling narratives. The ideal candidate will be confident working with both qualitative and quantitative data, experienced in producing reports and dashboards, and skilled in using Excel and data visualisation tools. Experience with Power BI is desirable but not essential. Highly organised, creative, and proactive, they'll identify opportunities to improve performance reporting and build collaborative relationships across the organisation.
