Volunteer with us! Virtual Information Session

  • Monday  9th December 6.30-7.30pm (online on MS Teams)
  • Tuesday 28th January 6.30-7.30pm (online on MS Teams)

Come along to one of our Volunteer with us! virtual information sessions to find out how we help children in Wales and across the UK & Channel Islands, and how you can volunteer with us to make a difference.

We've got lots of rewarding volunteer roles for everyone. Whether you have occasional free time or want to volunteer more regularly, prefer supporting children and young people directly, helping at community events, or taking on virtual roles from home, we'll find the perfect opportunity for you.

Our volunteers:

  • Help deliver key safety messages in local schools
  • Raise vital funds for our services
  • Support children and young people when they need us most, through important services like Childline
  • Help keep children safe in sport
  • Support our community events and raise awareness

Bring a cuppa and learn more about the incredible impact our volunteers have on children's lives, the support and benefits we offer, and what's next if you're interested in any of our roles.

Don't worry, there's no obligation to apply — just come along, ask questions and chat with our friendly staff.

Get involved, volunteer today, and help keep children safe in Wales.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Teitl yr hysbyseb: Gwirfoddolwch gyda ni! Sesiwn Wybodaeth Rithwir

Lleoliad: Ar draws Cymru

Dyddiad cau: 9 Rhagfyr 2024

Ymrwymiad: Hyblyg (boed hynny o bryd i'w gilydd neu ychydig oriau'r wythnos, mae gennym rywbeth sy'n addas i bawb)

Gwirfoddolwch gyda ni! Sesiwn Wybodaeth Rithwir

  • Dydd Mawrth 10 Rhagfyr 6.30-7.30pm (ar-lein ar MS Teams)

Dewch draw i un o'n sesiynau gwybodaeth rhithwir Gwirfoddolwch gyda ni! i ddarganfod sut rydym yn helpu plant yng Nghymru ac ar draws y DU ac Ynysoedd y Sianel, a sut y gallwch wirfoddoli gyda ni i wneud gwahaniaeth.

Mae gennym lawer o rolau gwirfoddoli gwerth chweil i bawb. P'un a oes gennych amser rhydd achlysurol neu os ydych am wirfoddoli'n fwy rheolaidd, os yw'n well gennych gefnogi plant a phobl ifanc yn uniongyrchol, helpu mewn digwyddiadau cymunedol, neu ymgymryd â rolau rhithwir gartref, byddwn yn dod o hyd i'r cyfle perffaith i chi.

Mae ein gwirfoddolwyr yn:

  • Helpu i gyflwyno negeseuon diogelwch allweddol mewn ysgolion lleol
  • Codi arian hanfodol ar gyfer ein gwasanaethau
  • Cefnogi plant a phobl ifanc pan fyddant ein hangen fwyaf, drwy wasanaethau pwysig fel Childline
  • Helpu i gadw plant yn ddiogel mewn chwaraeon
  • Cefnogi ein digwyddiadau cymunedol a chodi ymwybyddiaeth

Dewch â phaned a dysgwch fwy am yr effaith anhygoel y mae ein gwirfoddolwyr yn ei chael ar fywydau plant, y cymorth a'r buddion a gynigiwn, a beth sydd nesaf os oes gennych ddiddordeb mewn unrhyw un o'n rolau.

Peidiwch â phoeni, does dim rhwymedigaeth i wneud cais — dewch draw, gofynnwch gwestiynau a siaradwch â'n staff cyfeillgar.

Cymerwch ran, gwirfoddolwch heddiw, a helpwch i gadw plant yn ddiogel yng Nghymru.

Rydyn ni'n edrych ymlaen at eich gweld chi yno!

Volunteering in the team The application process

Safer Recruitment

As an organisation, we are committed to creating and fostering a culture that promotes safeguarding and the welfare of all children and adults at risk. Our safer recruitment practices support this by ensuring that there is a consistent and thorough process of obtaining, collating, analysing and evaluating information from and about candidates to ensure that all persons appointed are suitable to work with our children and adults.

Trauma Informed

At the NSPCC we are on a journey to becoming a trauma-informed organisation for the children, young people and families that we work with, as well as our staff and volunteers. To be trauma-informed is one of the guiding principles that shape and guide our 2021-2031 Strategy. This means understanding the nature of adversity, trauma, and resilience so that we can work towards reducing and preventing further harm and promoting recovery and healing. Coming to work at the NSPCC will provide the opportunity for you to join us in our commitment to becoming a trauma-informed organisation.
