Role title: Fundraising Group Secretary

 

Location: where required for existing and new local fundraising groups.

 

Time commitment: Flexible can be done in your own time around other commitments. However, it is important that the branch and/or district meetings are attended, approximately 3 a year.

 

Recommended 2-4 hours per month but can discuss to suit your needs.

 

 

What we're looking for

We need someone with good administrative skills and basic IT skills.

As a Group Secretary, you'll be helping to make a difference to children's lives by taking care of administrative duties from volunteer meetings.

 

What you'll do

You'll ensure the smooth flow of communication with the community fundraising manager and wider Community.

Maintain a record of minutes from the branch or district meeting and distribute them to the other fundraising groups in your area.

What you'll get

We'll support you with training, advice skills and tools to help you with your role.

You'll also have the support of the Branch and/or District Chairman and a network of fundraising volunteers.

You'll also have the support of a dedicated Community Fundraising Manager and a Banking Support Team at head office.
