My NSPCC story
The NSPCC has supported me with flexibility and a good work life balance, especially since I returned to work from maternity leave about a year ago. I now work four days a week and have been flexible with my office days and non-working days. And very supportive and understanding if I’ve needed to change these, depending on my childcare needs at home.

Since having my daughter, I realised just how difficult it is for working parents to manage both home and work life. I’m so grateful to the NSPCC as well as my colleagues and managers for giving me that flexibility and making the transition back into work as easy as possible. It’s made all the difference and I’m really happy that I decided to return back to work here.
