This exciting opportunity to carry out this Administration post is based at the NSPCC National Training Centre, Leicester and is to support the Training and Consultancy team.  The role undertakes a range of clerical, administrative and and financial duties related to the delivery of NSPCC training and consultancy Training events.

The main responsibilities of this job is to manage the input of accurate data into the database with strong attention to detail to ensure information is both correct and updated regularly, to provide and prepare information as and when requested, following NSPCC policies and procedures.

You will provide a professional first point of contact for telephone, e-mail and face to face enquiries to both internal and external colleagues and customers.

To follow records management procedures and practices, ensuring that sensitive and personal information is kept secure and confidential at all times.  

Other administrative tasks will include reprographics, amending training materials, PowerPoint presentations, preparing associate and organisational contracts, record keeping, and handling correspondence, ensuring a high attention to detail at all times. 

The successful candidate will take part in cross functional and rotated tasks where applicable, playing an active part towards excellent team working and collaborative practices supporting the organisations objectives as a whole.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with high levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to provide an effective support service and will have proven ability to follow procedures and carry out tasks to agreed standards and deadlines.

You will need to have experience of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Skills at a suitable level to produce documents and reports and also have proven ability to use intranet/internet search engines, and business systems including databases. To accurately input, retrieve and update information, to search for information and to be able to produce reports if required.

The part time hours of this role are Monday and Tuesday 09:00 - 17:00 (with an hour lunch break), Wednesday 09:00 - 12:30
