Ar hyn o bryd rydym yn recriwtio ar gyfer swydd Rheolwr Tîm Childline amser llawn yn Childline Caerdydd.
Byddwch yn rhan o dîm Rheoli ehangach Childline, ac yn gweithio ochr yn ochr â rheolwyr eraill i ddarparu arweinyddiaeth a chefnogaeth eithriadol i Ymarferwyr Childline yng Nghaerdydd.
Byddwch yn defnyddio sgiliau rheoli a threfnu rhagorol i arwain y gwaith o ddarparu gwasanaethau Cyswllt a Chyffredinol Childline yng Nghaerdydd o ddydd i ddydd. Bydd gennych gyfrifoldeb allweddol dros benderfyniadau diogelu yn ystod eich shifft, gan sicrhau'r canlyniadau gorau i blant a phobl ifanc. Byddwch yn chwarae rhan allweddol yn y gwaith o sicrhau gwasanaeth o ansawdd uchel i bob plentyn drwy ein prosesau sicrhau ansawdd, adborth a goruchwylio. Byddwch yn cefnogi ein timau i gyflawni ein nodau o fod yno i bob plentyn neu berson ifanc sydd eisiau defnyddio ein gwasanaethau. Byddwch yn cydlynu'r gwasanaeth byw i sicrhau ein bod yno i blant.
Rydym yn cefnogi cannoedd o filoedd o blant ledled y DU bob blwyddyn. Fel Rheolwr Tîm Childline byddwch yn rhannu'r gwasanaeth hanfodol hwn ochr yn ochr â thîm ymroddedig a fydd yn rhannu eich gwerthoedd o gefnogi plant a phobl ifanc.
Byddwch yn gweithio rota hybrid sy'n golygu y bydd y rhan fwyaf o'ch oriau gwaith yn digwydd yn ystod oriau swyddfa, o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener, ac mae opsiwn i amrywio'r diwrnodau rydych chi'n gweithio gartref i gyd-fynd ag anghenion eich tîm. Yn y rota hon, byddwch yn cyfrannu at gydbwysedd cyson o shifftiau dyletswydd yn ystod y bore, dydd a gyda'r nos, gan gydlynu'r gwasanaeth cenedlaethol byw. Mae hyn yn golygu 6 shifft dyletswydd y mis ar gyfartaledd ac mae'n cynnwys gweithio un penwythnos o bob pump ar gyfartaledd. Byddwch hefyd yn cymryd rhan yn ein rota ar alwad, sy'n golygu 1 noson ar alwad ar gyfartaledd bob 5 wythnos.
Mae pob Rheolwr Tîm Childline yn derbyn lwfans rota o 3.5% ar ben ei gyflog sylfaenol. Mae enghraifft o'r rota ar gyfer y rôl hon ynghlwm wrth yr hysbyseb hwn.

We're currently recruiting for a full time Childline Team Manager post in Childline Cardiff.
You will be part of the wider Childline Management team, and work alongside other managers to provide exceptional leadership and support to the Childline Practitioners in Cardiff.
You will use excellent management and organisational skills to lead the day to day operational delivery of the Childline Universal services in Cardiff. You will hold key responsibility for on-shift safeguarding decisions, ensuring best outcomes for children and young people. You will play a key role in ensuring high quality service to every child through our quality assurance, feedback and supervision processes. You will support our teams to achieve our aims of being there for every child or young person who wants to use our services. You will coordinate the live service to ensure we are there for children.
We support hundreds of thousands of children all over the UK every year. As a Childline Team Manager you will manage this vital service alongside a committed and dedicated team who will share your values of supporting children and young people.
You will work a hybrid rota which includes the majority of working time during office hours, Monday to Friday, and the options to flex the days you work from home to suit the needs of your team. Within this rota, you will contribute to a consistent balance of morning, daytime and evening duty shifts, coordinating the live national service. This averages 6 duty shifts a month and includes working one in every five weekends on average. You will also take part in our on-call rota, averaging 1 on-call night every 5 weeks.
Every Childline Team Manager receives a 3.5% rota allowance on top of their basic salary. You can see an example of the rota pattern for this role attached to this advert.
