Business Support Assistant

Donation Processing is a vital part of NSPCC's Income Generation Operations and is responsible for delivering the service and infrastructure that supports all the NSPCC's fundraising.
The busy department has responsibility for dealing with supporter interactions and donations, plus supporting the fundraising database. This needs to be delivered effectively, efficiently and executed flawlessly. This enables us to deliver excellent levels of service to our supporters as well as all internal customers.
This role of Business Support Assistant is to work in a busy team responsible for the efficient and timely receipt, processing and thanking of donations and other supporter contacts received in house. Specifically, the person in this role will ensure we: -
