Join us as the Donation Processing Team Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our donation processing function. Lead a team of 9 staff members, ensuring their work aligns with our Directorate goals, is carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Develop and implement strategic plans, drive process improvements, and help manage the transition to a new CRM database. Collaborate closely with finance, data, and fundraising teams to support seamless operations. 

The ideal candidate  is a strategic leader with experience in high-volume donation processing for large non-profits. They excel in managing and developing high-performing teams, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practice. They possess strong project and change management skills and are capable of driving process improvements and managing transitions.
