Fundraiser (Products)

Every childhood is worth fighting for. This is our belief. We all share it. And it drives our Fundraising team to get out there and bring in the funds we need to protect children and prevent abuse. Join us as a Fundraiser – Products, and get more people involved in change that means everything.

We’re looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Fundraiser to join our Products Team in Individual Giving. We’re an ambitious team who are tasked with the exciting job of managing and nurturing our existing product portfolio and developing new products for NSPCC to achieve our strategic objectives and get the best outcomes for children.

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day project management of our flagship Letter from Santa product (NSPCC’s biggest income source at Christmas, raising over £1million to help protect children in 2020) including creative and product development, supporter care, marketing and in-campaign management
  • Managing and coordinating key aspects of a complex, cross-departmental project and marketing campaign from briefing through fulfilment, to monitoring and reporting of activities and results to meet time, quality and budget measures
  • Supporting the development and delivery of other fundraising products and income-generating propositions in order to achieve the team’s objectives
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and managing our agencies and suppliers
  • Evaluation and reporting of campaign and project activities.

You’ll be working with senior fundraisers and key stakeholders to deliver the agreed departmental strategy, goals and standards, and working effectively with other departments and functions within the NSPCC to maximise income for children.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and project management skills
  • Experience of managing projects and budgets
  • Experience of managing product and direct marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and the ability to build positive and effective working relationships across teams, both internally and externally

If you are passionate about products, charities, marketing and keen to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, allowances and benefits, 29 days holiday plus bank holidays and the opportunity to work flexibly for a great cause.

The NSPCC recognise the value of diversity. We welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds, including disabled candidates. This role can be home based with regular travel to our Head Office in London.

Join us and you’ll become part of a team that cares about the work they do and the people they work with. You’ll discover opportunities to grow, along with challenges and a shared purpose that’ll bring the best out in you. And you’ll get to find your own way to make a difference that means more, and that impacts millions of young lives.
