Are you looking for a role within an organisation where the work you do makes a real difference to people's lives? Are you looking to develop your project management experience within a creative team? If the answer is yes then our Junior Creative Project Manager role could be for you.
Every childhood is worth fighting for. This is our belief. It drives us. And it inspires our Communications team to find ever-more creative ways to promote our work and share how people can get involved in making a difference to children's lives. Join us a Junior Creative Project Manager and create work that means the world.
The Brand and Content team is made up of creatives, digital and social content makers, producers, and project managers. We are responsible for creating marketing identities, concepts, materials, and campaigns across all channels and for all audiences.
The role of Junior Creative Project Manager is integral to the day to day running and delivery of projects, and the relationship management between commissioning teams across the organisation, our in-house creatives, and our external suppliers. You will join a friendly creative team to manage creative production, ensuring high quality work is delivered on time and to budget. You'll define project objectives into actionable tasks, create and maintain schedules, and engage with stakeholders to build strong relationships and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
If so, we want to hear from you. Join us and you'll become part of a creative team that cares about the work they do and the people they work with. You'll discover opportunities to grow, along with challenges and a shared purpose that'll bring the best out in you. And you'll get to find your own way to make a difference that means more, and that impacts millions of young lives.

As an organisation, we are committed to creating and fostering a culture that promotes safeguarding and the welfare of all children and adults at risk. Our safer recruitment practices support this by ensuring that there is a consistent and thorough process of obtaining, collating, analysing and evaluating information from and about candidates to ensure that all persons appointed are suitable to work with our children and adults.
At the NSPCC we are on a journey to becoming a trauma-informed organisation for the children, young people and families that we work with, as well as our staff and volunteers. To be trauma-informed is one of the guiding principles that shape and guide our 2021-2031 Strategy. This means understanding the nature of adversity, trauma, and resilience so that we can work towards reducing and preventing further harm and promoting recovery and healing. Coming to work at the NSPCC will provide the opportunity for you to join us in our commitment to becoming a trauma-informed organisation.
