Senior Business Support Officer

Join us as a Senior Business Support Officer, and help us make a contribution that makes a difference.

This is an exciting new role that fits into the following responsibilities of the Technology Directorate;

  • Running the Business Planning process for the division, including the provision of information and analysis to enable effective decision making
  • Providing analysis of performance to enable teams to assess and improve their processes and work flows
  • Identifying and managing cross-team projects that improve how our directorate runs
  • Delivering Business Management administration across the directorate, including reporting against Hoshin, developing and updating policies and managing adherence to policy, delivering outcomes from operational reviews and audits, ensuring risk is managed, complaints oversight, health and safety, safeguarding, training, and pan-directorate meeting management

We are looking for someone with a can do attitude with the following skills

  • great organiser
  • proven project management skills
  • good communication skills
  • working with a wide variety of colleagues across the whole Directorate
  • excellent Microsoft products usage especially excel and project
