Senior Fundraiser

Every childhood is worth fighting for. This is our belief. We all share it. And it drives our Income Generation team to get out there and bring in the funds we need to protect children and prevent abuse. Join us as a Senior Fundraiser, and get more people involved in change that means everything.

We’re looking for a self-motivated Senior Fundraiser to join the Mass Participation Team until November 2022. Our Owned Events and Products are a key tool to attract new supporters to the NSPCC and generate vital funds. In 2020, we launched Run30 and Ride30, Walk for Children, Climb for Children and Kick the Caffeine as virtual minimal viable product tests. There is an exciting opportunity to join the team and play a key role in developing these pilots into sustainable income streams for the organisation.

The Senior Fundraiser will work closely with colleagues to scale these events, focusing on improving supporter experience to increase engagement and remittance. You will be responsible for the project management and delivery of event and product marketing campaigns, meeting ambitious targets for participation and income. You will thrive on getting stuck in and taking the initiative and be an exceptional team player who enjoys the detail as well as getting to grips with the bigger picture.

Using your products and/or events experience, you will have knowledge of virtual events and innovative fundraising platform technologies. You will be comfortable working across all aspects of product marketing from planning to creative development to on-the-day delivery and evaluation and working with external agencies across media and creative.

Join us and you’ll become part of a team that cares about the work they do and the people they work with. You’ll discover opportunities to grow, along with challenges and a shared purpose that’ll bring the best out in you. And you’ll get to find your own way to make a difference that means more, and that impacts millions of young lives.
