The NSPCC's mission is to end cruelty to children in the UK.  In order to carry out its charitable work and achieve its strategic objectives, the NSPCC must communicate efficiently and effectively with the maximum possible impact, relevance and emotional resonance to engage all key audiences.

The prime purpose of the NSPCC’s Digital Engagement Team is to deliver timely best practice digital marketing and compelling authentic content to support NSPCC’s strategic marketing priority campaigns and propositions across digital media, platforms and partnerships. The secondary purpose of the NSPCC’s Digital Engagement Team is to help build digital skills across the organisation by providing a range of services, advice and expertise for the wider organisation related to digital campaigns.

We are looking for a social media professional to have strategic management and oversight of all NSPCC and Childline social media channels managing their team to, attract and deepen engagement with targeted communities in the social media space.

They will be responsible for the measurement, analysis and reporting of social media channel performance, including sharing and presenting results and insights across the organisation, including campaign performance, key trends and competitor benchmarking. A large part of the role is managing moderation for out channels and working with teams to deliver this.
