The reason I applied for the Senior Partnerships role at the NSPCC is because I knew that it was going to be a really challenging, really exciting opportunity. I get to manage a flagship partnership, which has challenged me and been exciting, and had so much variety and different things to try and do every single day that I've worked here.
I get endless new and exciting opportunities. And when I think back to where I was when I first started working here, I feel like I've learned so many new skills, I've had loads of experiences that have really stretched me and challenged me, and I've grown in confidence massively since I started a few years ago.
