What is the purpose of the Associate Head of Supporter Data Insights and Selections?
Reporting to the Head of Audience Engagement and Campaign Planning, this role leads the Supporter Data Insights and Selections team, ensuring data-driven decision-making is embedded across Engagement and Fundraising.
You'll play a key role in shaping strategy, improving campaign effectiveness, and driving audience-focused innovation through high-quality data analysis, insight and selections.

You'll lead a team responsible for delivering insightful data analysis and selections that improve supporter engagement and fundraising outcomes. You'll work closely with colleagues across Engagement and Fundraising, Technology, and Planning to ensure data is used effectively and responsibly.
