Working at the NSPCC, I feel like I can make a real difference in the lives of children that are really vulnerable, by helping to guide the strategic positioning of the organisation, checking the latest evidence and insights to make sure that all of the support we're providing is really evidence led. Working in the Child Safety Online team, there's lots of people in the team with various different expertise, and it's really great to be able to learn from each other's expertise.

We all come from different backgrounds, from different frontline experience working with children, and it's really great to be able to learn from other people's experience. And that goes beyond the team as well, talking to the people all over the organisation that have so much valuable experience they bring to their role. To me, what's special about working at the NSPCC is all of the different people I work with. We're all driving together to achieve our goals and work towards the same cause. And that's really what drives us, and everybody's really supportive of each other to get there.
