My NSPCC story

I'm really, really lucky. I get to work with a real passionate bunch of people. They're also encouraging and we're also given that real autonomy to get on and do our jobs. And that's led me on to my current role as a Volunteer Engagement Officer at the NSPCC. I work with the fundraising managers (that I was one of) and get to share all the best practice around volunteer recruitment right across the country.

“I'm a mental health champion at the NSPCC and for me, mental health and people's mental health at work is at the forefront of my mind, and I know that the NSPCC feels exactly the same.”

Working at the NSPCC, it's like one big family. We're all so connected to each other. Everybody is so passionate about the cause, as well. I'm a mental health champion at the NSPCC and for me, mental health and people's mental health at work is at the forefront of my mind, and I know that the NSPCC feels exactly the same.
